Web Desk (LTN NEWS): If the popularity of India’s Bigg Boss, Netflix’s Indian Matchmaking, The Ultimatum, The Circle, Love is Blind, and a lot of other shows is any indication, Pakistan seems to be getting into reality shows. Pakistani producers finally seem to have gotten the message and made their own reality show called Tamasha Ghar. But sharp-eyed Internet users have noticed that there are a lot of similarities with Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss.
Adnan Siddiqui was the host and judge of the show, which started airing on ARY Digital on August 20. He started the first episode by playing the flute. Then he introduced the contestants, actors Aamna Malick, Umer Aalam, Maira Khan, Humaira Asghar, Mareeha Safdar, Saeeda Imtiaz, and Saim Ali.
The TV host Aadi Adeal Amjad, the singer Nouman Javaid, the comedian Rauf Lala, the dancer Nigah Jee, the model Faiza Khan, and the fitness trainer Sehr Beg are also on the show.
People on the Internet think that the show is a lot like India’s Bigg Boss, which has a similar set design. Some people on Twitter took the chance to make memes about how they were alike.
Every day at 9 pm, Ary shows the reality show. With only three episodes out so far, Nigah Jee, Faiza, Aalam, Malick, and comedian Rauf Lala have already made it to the elimination round.
