Web Desk (LTN NEWS): Many movies, like Parde Mein Rehne Do, end up on YouTube soon after they come out in theaters or on streaming services. Fans have been putting copies of the movie on YouTube, and the director, Wajahat Rauf, has asked them to stop because it will get them a copyright strike.

Sunday, the director went on Instagram to talk about what was going on. He posted a video message with the caption, “A request not to upload illegal copies of Parde Mein Rehne Do because then there will be a strike.”

“This is a very gentle message to everyone who posts Parde Mein Rehne Do every day on YouTube. When they do this, our registered agencies mark it, and we get emails asking, “Sir, why did you report this?” Because the world has changed and you can’t do that anymore. “It is bad for the health of your channel and also for your own health,” he said.

Rauf also said that he wasn’t just talking about his own movie, but that he didn’t want this to happen to other movies either. “Thank you for supporting our movie, we appreciate it, but if you upload it, it will get a strike, and we’ll feel bad too,” he said.

According to the trailer, the drama/comedy is about a Pakistani couple who are both impotent and how they deal with it. From family pressure to “desi solutions” to the growing stress between the couple, the movie covers it all, and even the more serious scenes have a funny element.

The cast includes Hania Aamir, Ali Rehman Khan, Jawed Sheikh, Munazzah Arif, Hasan Raza, Sadia Faisal, Noor ul Hasan, and Saife Hassan. The movie was directed and produced by Rauf, Shazia Wajahat, and Zayed Sheikh.
