Web Desk (LTN NEWS): Mohammad Rizwan was taken to a hospital for an MRI scan after getting hurt in Sunday’s Asia Cup 2022 match against India.
Rizwan hurt himself when he fell awkwardly on his right leg while keeping a wicket during India’s turn to bat after Pakistan decided to bowl first.
Even though he wasn’t 100% fit to bat, the star player scored 71 and won the game against the team. He didn’t feel good during the match, but he kept going.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) says that Rizwan will get an MRI scan today as a precaution to find out how bad his injury is.
Soon after Pakistan’s exciting win at the Dubai International Stadium on Sunday, he was taken to the hospital. In a rematch of the T20 World Cup 2021, when Rizwan played against Australia in the semi-final even though he had been in the hospital and wasn’t fully healthy, the right-handed batter came out to bat and played for the team.
