After a busy trip to UN, PM Shehbaz heads to London

Web Desk (LTN NEWS): PM Shehbaz Sharif led Pakistan’s delegation to the 77th session of the UN General Assembly. On Friday night, he left New York for London (UNGA).

Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UN, Munir Akram, Masood Khan, the Consul General in New York, Ayesha Ali, and other high-ranking officials were there to see him off.

During his busy 5-day trip, he met a number of world leaders, including US Vice President Joe Biden, who was there for a high-level debate with 193 members.

He also met with Csaba Korosi, the President of the General Assembly, and Antonio Guterres, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, as well as the heads of International Organizations, International Financial Institutions, and nonprofits.

Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb and Special Assistants Tariq Fatemi and Ahad Cheema went to London with him.
