Web Desk (LTN NEWS): When Shahbaz Gill was brought to court, people saw him crying and heard him say that he couldn’t breathe.
Shahbaz, the leader of the PTI, was taken out of the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) at 7:30 a.m. on Friday and taken to a court hearing for a sedition case that had been filed against him.
He left the hospital through the back door in a wheelchair while wearing an oxygen mask.
A reporter who was in the courtroom said that Gill was coughing in the ambulance and seemed to be having trouble breathing.
A doctor was always there to keep an eye on Gill’s health.
Gill’s lawyer, Faisal Chaudhry, also went to check on him before the formal proceedings began.
When asked, the lawyer said, “How can he go to the second floor in this condition?”
Gill was crying and saying that he couldn’t breathe as he got out of the ambulance.
The correspondent said that Gill’s mask was taken off his face because there were too many people in the room.
During the hearing, Gill asked the judge to give him back his mask
“For God’s sake, give me back my mask,” he said.
At this point, the judge asked him if he planned to stay. Gill said he would stay if he could get his mask back.
Later, someone also brought an oxygen tank to the court.
