Monsoon system may affect Sindh: rain likely in Karachi on 24th and 25th August

Web Desk (LTN NEWS): Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz says that the Monsoon system in central India may affect Sindh, resulting in cloudy weather in Karachi on August 24 and 25.

Sardar Sarfraz says that severe low pressure is present over central India in the form of a depression that is moving towards the Indian state of Rajasthan.

According to Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfraz, the Monsoon system may affect Eastern Sindh on August 23. Under the influence of the Monsoon system, there is a possibility of rain in Karachi, Central and Upper Sindh, and Balochistan.

He said that the two tracks of the system are showing the weather maps, in the first track, the monsoon system can also move towards Upper Sindh and South Punjab, in the second track, it can also move towards the west. The system may cause widespread rainfall in Sindh if it moves away.

Sardar Sarfaraz said that there will be a possibility of rain in Karachi from the evening of August 24 to 25, while rains may also occur in the northeastern and southern districts of Balochistan.
