Web Desk (LTN NEWS): Wednesday, PTI said that party leader Faisal Vawda was trying to hurt the party’s upcoming long march to Islamabad. The party also distanced itself from Vawda’s statement, which said there would be bloodshed at the protests.
In the show-cause notice sent to Vawda, PTI Sindh President Ali Zaidi said that the former minister had “grossly violated discipline by making statements against party policies and guidelines.”
“This is a serious violation of party rules, according to the constitution. You have two days to respond and explain why your party membership shouldn’t be taken away.”
Zaidi told him that his party membership would stay suspended until he answered, and he would not be able to hold any party office or talk about the party in the media.
“Bloodshed, deaths, and funerals”
Vawda said earlier at a press conference that the PTI’s long march, which will start on October 28 (Friday) from Lahore, will “see bloodshed, death, and funerals.”
“There will definitely be funerals for these people, but I will try until my last breath to keep my Pakistanis from dying for a plot that some people have made up. I will try to stop this country’s politics from causing death and bloodshed.”

Vawda said that “important and common” people would die during the long march. He also said that the march to Islamabad had “hidden goals.”
He said that several people will die before and during the long march because the goal is to “distract the attention” so that people in the country “start to see things as they are.”
‘False’ statement
Right after Vawda’s hard-hitting press conference, PTI Senior Vice President Fawad Chaudhry told a private TV station that the party leader’s claims that there was bloodshed during the march were “false.”
Fawad said, “PTI’s march will be peaceful.” He was repeating what PTI Chairman Imran Khan had said, that there would be no violence at the march and that his workers would not be arrested.
“I have to say that Faisal Vawda’s press conference has surprised and confused me. We didn’t know about his news conference, “the top leader of the PTI said.
He also said he would call Vawda to find out what he said to the media.
Asad Umar, the Secretary-General of the PTI, said in a tweet that Vawda’s comments do not reflect the party’s policies or views. He also said that he would be given a “show-cause” notice.
“The chairman, Imran Khan, told the president of Sindh to send Faisal a “show cause” notice because he broke party rules,” Umar said.
Zaidi said that Vawda tried to “harm” the party’s long march as he cast doubt on what the press conference was about.
“All channels, including PTV, covered the press conference, so it’s clear that Imported Government put him on the map. But he made no sense, “the former minister of federal affairs said.
Zaidi asked what weight Vawda’s press conference had when Khan had made it clear that everyone should stay calm.
Zulfi Bukhari, a leader of the PTI, asked if the state TV station PTV was given to Punjab or Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where the Khan-led party is in charge.
“Is that why they just aired the press conference of Faisal Vadwa? Will they now show all of ours every day? Or did this one stand out?” he wondered.
Babar Awan, a leader of the PTI, said that the party chairman’s plan for the long march would stay the same.
In a tweet, Awan said, “The leadership, workers, and people are all in agreement on a peaceful protest within the limits of the constitution and the law.”
Musarrat Jamshed Cheema, a spokesman for the Punjab government, said at a press conference that Vawda made false accusations against the party and tried to scare PTI workers.
“Nawaz Sharif, who forgets what he said after two minutes, said something right after Vawda’s press conference was over,” she said.
Cheema said that no one would be able to stop the upcoming “peaceful revolution,” and he asked supporters to bring their children with them.
