Karachi (LTN NEWS): A young business graduate died after mysteriously falling from a multi-storied building located in Phase 8 of the Defense Housing Authority near Du Darya in Karachi.
According to the report, the senior police officer of Karachi Police, while not revealing his identity, said that the deceased youth has been identified as 26-year-old Adil Masood Khan.
The police officer said that the deceased youth was a graduate of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA).
The police official said that seven friends had gathered in an apartment on Saturday night to enjoy the good weather.
He added that all those friends used to gather at different places for a week or a month.
The police officer said that at around 5 am, 2 friends went to the balcony of the room to see if it was raining, and in the meantime, Adil Masood slipped and fell to the ground and died.
According to preliminary investigations, it was an ‘accident’, the official said.
Police said that the owner of the flat where the accident took place lives in Canada and his son had allegedly rented a room to his classmate for Rs 25,000 per month.
However, the police are investigating the matter further to determine the exact cause of the youth’s death.
