Web Desk(LTN News): The notorious shooter from Karachi, who came via Lahore, was allegedly apprehended by police on Wednesday.
Wasi Iqbal, the shooter, was reportedly apprehended in Lahore, according to the police. A bookmaker named Bhandar from Lahore called him from Karachi.
The shooter Wasi Iqbal, whose identity card lists his name as Arman Taslim, had killed up to 19 people and served time in Sukkur Jail 14 times.
As a member of a shooter group in Lahore, bookmaker Bhandar introduced Wasi Iqbal to the group. Before locating the target, the cops detained Wasi Iqbal.
Earlier, the Sindh police’s Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) detained a target killer from Karachi’s Korangi who was ‘affiliated’ with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-London (MQM-L).
According to Incharge CTD Chaudhry Safdar, a raid was carried out by the CTD team in Korangi to arrest the absconding target killer identified as Sagheer Siddiqui, wanted in many heinous crimes to the police.
