Web Desk (LTN NEWS): Zhang Shilu, the manager of China’s Henan DR Group in Pakistan, said that their main goal was to help and support flood victims by building low-cost homes for about Rs 1.8 million each.

At the Faisalabad Free-Zone M3IC in Punjab, a group of Chinese people made cheap pre-built houses for the people in Pakistan who were affected by the floods.

The real value of a single unit is between Rs 2.6 million and Rs 2.8 million, but the company’s leaders decided not to make any money from helping flood victims rebuild their lives, he said.

China Economic Net (CEN) said that Zhang asked the Pakistani government to not charge any taxes or fees on the raw materials coming from China for this project.

He said that we can get 200 houses ready each month and more than 2,000 in a year.

Since a few days ago, China has also been sending aid to Pakistan to help it help the people who were hurt by the floods.
