Web Desk (LTN NEWS): On Tuesday, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz called Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan a “non-issue” and asked the political parties to focus on the development, progress, and prosperity of the country.
“Imran Khan is no longer a big deal, and we shouldn’t give him any importance. Instead, we should work together to solve the problems in the country,” she told the media here.
Maryam said she had always believed in democracy and democratic rules, but she did not think of the PTI as a political party. Now, it was up to all the political parties to come out and call Imran Khan a “hypocrite and imposter” in front of the whole country.
She said that, on the one hand, Imran Khan didn’t have the guts to name Mr. X and Mr. Y, and on the other hand, he was telling his party members to fight back against the supposed threats. She also said that it was strange that he never told his supporters about his late-night meetings.
In response to a question, Mariam said that the Punjab government was against the constitution and that Chief Minister Pervaiz Elahi had to go home sooner or later for the province’s good.

She said that Imran Khan blamed the United States over and over again for the fall of his government, but that he was now lobbying with the US after making a big U-turn.
The leader of the PML-N slammed Imran Khan for “maligning” state institutions and said that he and his friends were all involved in corruption, while the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had not shown any proof in the cases against the PML-N leadership, including herself.
She said that the main reasons for current inflation were that the PTI government broke its agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and that Imran Khan was not good at his job.
She was upset that Fouzia Shahid’s home in Media Town, Islamabad, had been broken into and said that the interior minister would be asked to look into the sad situation.
