Web Desk (LTN NEWS): PM Shehbaz Sharif thanked Palestine’s President Mahmoud Abbas on Tuesday for sending the response and rescue team to help the people in Pakistan who were affected by the floods.
In a tweet, PM said that he was moved by what the people of Palestine did.
He said that he was very moved by the Palestinians’ decision to send their Rapid Response and Rescue team to help flood victims in Pakistan.
PM Sharif said it showed how close the people of Pakistan and Palestine are to each other.

“It shows how much we care about each other and how close we are as brothers,” he said. “We’ll never forget this act of kindness.”
