Web Desk (LTN NEWS): On Friday, PM Shehbaz Sharif said that world leaders were still showing a lot of sympathy for the people of Pakistan who were hurt by the floods, but it was time for the world to show their support in real ways.
PM Shehbaz, who is in the US for the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly, talked about his conversations with world leaders outside of the meeting.
“As I talked with world leaders on the third day of the UNGA Session, there was a huge outpouring of sympathy and support for Pakistan over the flood disaster. “It’s time for the rest of the world to take real steps to help Pakistan get out of this crisis,” PM Shehbaz wrote on Twitter.
PM Shehbaz, who is about to speak at the UNGA session today, has been asking the rest of the world to help Pakistan get out of its tough situation caused by floods caused by climate change.
