In a statement released on ISPR’s social media account, it has been confirmed that the wreckage of the missing helicopter was found yesterday, and it has been said that Lt. Gen. Sarfaraz Ali was martyred in a helicopter accident, DG Pakistan Coast Guard is among the martyrs. Major General Amjad is also involved.
According to the public relations department, the wreckage of the helicopter has been found in Musa Goth, the accident of the helicopter happened due to bad weather, the helicopter was engaged in relief operations for the flood victims.

According to ISPR, Commander Lt Gen Sarfaraz Ali and DG Coast Guard besides 4 other jawans and officers were also martyred in the helicopter crash. More details about the accident will be shared after the investigation.
