Twitter users calling justice for Sarah Inam in her murder case

Web Desk (LTN NEWS): When news came out that another Pakistani woman had been killed in a brutal way, people took to Twitter to call for justice. Mahira Khan and Mawra Hocane are just two of the many, many people who are calling for Sarah Inam to get justice.

The story sounds too familiar, and angry Internet users have pointed out that when people like Zahir Jaffer, who was convicted of killing Noor Mukadam last year, are not punished enough, more Zahir Jeffers appear. They have taken to Twitter to talk about how shocked, sad, and angry they are, and to ask for justice.

Mahira Khan asked, “How long will it be before we get some kind of justice for women who have been killed because of anger and power?”

On Friday, the police arrested Shahnawaz, the son of journalist Ayaz Amir, for allegedly killing his 37-year-old wife, Sarah Inam, a day after she returned from working in Dubai.
