Web Desk (LTN NEWS): In response to Maryam Nawaz’s trip to London, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shahbaz Gill said that the PML-N vice president went to London to release some “deeply fake” videos.
“All of your money is in other countries, but you and your family still want to rule Pakistan,” Gill said at a press conference in Lahore with PTI leader Yasmeen Rashid.
The leader of the PTI criticized the vice president of the PML-N for importing the power plant. He said that the audio leak showed that Maryam Nawaz had asked her “uncle” Shehbaz Sharif to use corruption to get machinery from India for her son-in-law.
Gill said that Maryam was wrong to play the women’s card because her grandfather and father had made fun of women. Gill said, “Teach your son Junaid that he needs to respect women.”
The leader of the PTI said that the constitution says that women have the same rights as men. “Weren’t Nusrat Bhutto, Fatima Jinnah, and Benazir Bhutto citizens of this country?”
He slammed Maryam and her party for making up charges against Jemima Khan, Imran Khan’s ex-wife, like the “tile case.”
Maryam left for London earlier in the day to meet his father and party leader, Nawaz Sharif.
The Lahore High Court gave the PMLN leader’s passport back to her after keeping it for almost four years because of a NAB case.
Maryam Nawaz said at a press conference she held soon after getting her passport that NAB never filed the reference against her, even though they held her for months.
