Web Desk (LTN NEWS): NAB filed a case against Ishaq Dar on December 11, 2017, saying he had too many assets for his income. On December 11, 2017, a warrant was issued in the case.

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) filed a case against Finance Minister Ishaq Dar because he had more money than he needed. On Friday morning, an accountability court canceled the arrest warrant for Dar.

In the assets beyond means case, the arrest warrant was issued on December 11, 2017. Judge Mohammad Bashir put it on hold two weeks ago until October 7. Since Dar had been living in London for a long time, he kept missing court dates because he was there.

At the last hearing, however, the court said Dar’s warrant would be taken away for good if he showed up in person.
