Islamabad (LTN NEWS): Dr. Musadik Malik, the Minister of State for Petroleum, said on Tuesday that the government would decide what to do after hearing from the office of the Attorney General and the Law Ministry about the election commission’s decision in the foreign funding case of the PTI.
Musadik said that it is against the law for the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) to take money from people, companies, and a cabinet member of a foreign country.
He said Imran Khan’s party got money from 354 foreign companies that were against the law.
He also said that the law said no one could take money from a foreign country, its cabinet members, companies, or people, but Imran Khan got two million pounds.
During his time in power, Imran Khan stopped K-Electric from putting Rs 250 billion into the Dattang Coal Project, which would have helped the people of Karachi, he said.
He said that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was found to be dishonest by the court because he was on the board of directors of his son’s company and had the right to withdraw his salary. That’s why he wasn’t honest and trustworthy.
