Islamabad (LTN NEWS): The Islamabad High Court issued notices on the petition against the phased approval of the resignations of the PTI MLAs.
Acting Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Aamir Farooq heard the petition filed against the phased acceptance of resignations of PTI members, in which the court issued notices to the Speaker, Secretary, and Election Commission of the National Assembly.
The court said that the representatives of the Secretary National Assembly should appear at the next hearing with the relevant records.
Later, the court adjourned a further hearing of the case till August 16.
