PDM is trying to avoid the elections: Imran Khan

Web Desk (LTN NEWS): A day after the coalition government turned down the PTI’s request for early elections, the leader of the party, Imran Khan, said that the PDM was avoiding elections because they couldn’t face the people.

In Islamabad, the chairman of the PTI said these things while talking to delegates from the National Press Club and the Rawalpindi Islamabad Union of Journalists (RIUJ).

Khan said at the time that the government was doing everything it could to get rid of him, which is why cases had been filed against him.

The PTI leader then talked about his plan to hold a long march to Islamabad. He said, “This month, a decisive march for Haqeeqi Azadi will be held.”

When Khan talked about his previous government, he said it was weak and would never accept a weak government again. “I was under a lot of pressure,” he said, adding that the country was almost broke.

When asked about his accomplishments, the PTI chairman said that the country’s growth rate went up to 6% because of the steps they took after their government was overthrown.

Khan said the country was “bankrupted” in just six months because of the coalition government. PM Shahbaz “stole” Rs16 billion, but after he became PM, he was found not guilty.

Khan said that powerful sugar, oil, and building mafias have taken over the whole system in Pakistan.

In response to a complaint that female journalists were harassed at PTI rallies, Khan promised to give his party members strict instructions.

“Gharida Farooqi walks into the crowd and then says that she is being harassed,” he said.

Khan said he couldn’t stop trolling on social media in response to another question.
