Web Desk (LTN NEWS): Yesterday, Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan alleged that Shahbaz Gill was not only tortured but sexual abuse was also included in the torture.
Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah and Information Minister Maryam Aurangzeb strongly denied Imran Khan’s allegations and said that Shehbaz Gill was tortured and was not sexually assaulted.
Now the position of Islamabad Police on this matter has also come out, in which it has been said that some people are running a fake campaign regarding torture and sexual assault on Shahbaz Gill.
In a statement released on the social media account of the Islamabad Police, it is said that work has been started on the preliminary report on the court-ordered violence and the statements are being reviewed.
The police said that if anyone has any evidence, he can provide it to the Islamabad police, otherwise strict action will be taken against those defaming the police as an institution.
