Sharjeel creates a tent city at Tando Jam

Web Desk (LTN NEWS): Sharjeel Inam Memon, who is the Provincial Information Minister and the Point of Contact for the Rain Emergency in Hyderabad, has set up a Tent City at the Sindh Agriculture University in Tando Jam to give people a place to stay. Flood victims will be moved to a camp and given rations and food that has been cooked.

A lot of people have had to leave their homes in the Hyderabad district because of the heavy rains and floods, especially in rural areas.

Thousands of flood victims have been moved to relief camps, and a Tent City is being set up at the Sindh Agricultural University, where people will be able to stay and get food.

Work is going well, and the affected people could move into Tent City in a couple of days. The minister said that the flood victims and their animals and belongings would be moved to the camp, where they would also get rations and cooked food.

Administrator Karachi and Sindh government spokesman Barrister Murtaza Wahab went to a shelter camp in Korangi, Karachi, for people who had to leave their homes because of the floods on Sunday.
