Web Desk (LTN NEWS): For the next two weeks, the price of gasoline will go up by Rs. 6.72.
Asif Zardari, a former president and co-chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), was worried about the latest increase in the price of petrol by Rs6.72 for the next two weeks. He asked the government to talk to its allies before making such important decisions.
“The Pakistan People’s Party is part of the government and backs it, but these kinds of decisions need to be talked over first,” he said in a statement posted on Twitter by the PPP.
Zardari said that the PPP and the other parties in the coalition had joined the government to help the people. “We’re on the prime minister’s side. I’ll talk to him soon about the government’s economic team”, said the PPP co-chairman.
