Web Desk (LTN NEWS): During 5 years, 21 dams built at the cost of crores of rupees were broken and the flood channels coming out of the dams caused havoc in the province and these channels also washed away the economy of Balochistan.
On the other hand, the contractors blamed poor construction materials and corruption as the cause of the dam collapse.

It should be remembered that the inspection team of Chief Minister Balochistan had declared the construction of many dams as defective several months before the recent rains, but the government did not take any action and did not repair the dams.
After the disaster, the Chief Minister of Balochistan announced to take action on the faulty construction.
