UAE charities all work together to help Pakistan

In UAE, nine local organizations that help people have come together to start a project to help the people affected by the floods in Pakistan.

This project was started by the Emirates Red Crescent Authority, Dubai Cares, and the Sharjah Charity Association. It is called “We Stand Together.”

As part of the initiative, thousands of emergency aid kits will be sent to flood-hit areas in Pakistan.

Food supplies like grains, beans, and other non-perishable items will be in the relief kits. Aside from that, hygiene kits for women and children will also be sent.

Citizens, ex-pats, families, and children of all ages have been asked to sign up for the community service event on Sunday, which will take place at the same time in three places in the UAE.
