Web Desk (LTN NEWS): On Wednesday, the province had an estimated 285 new coronavirus cases, but there were no fatalities.
A spokeswoman for the Punjab Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department (P&SHD) released statistics showing that 13,594 deaths and 518,752 coronavirus cases were reported in the province as a whole. In Lahore alone, 158 of these new cases were documented.
The P&SHD confirmed that 158 new cases were reported in Lahore, 25 in Rawalpindi, 10 in Faisalabad, 21 in Multan, one in Okara, 13 in Bahawalpur, 10 in Dera Ghazi Khan, 10 in Hafizabad, six in Sialkot, six in Bhakkar, two each in Rahimyar Khan, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Khushab, and Pakpattan, one in Mi
11,788,147 Covid-19 tests have been performed by the Punjab health department to date, and 501,555 verified recoveries have been reported throughout the province.

The Punjab Health Department asked the populace to use masks and adhere to SOPs in order to protect themselves.
